Announcement made at Dispatchers Worldwide 2001 Summit in Konstanz Germany

Fairfax, VA and Konstanz, Germany - May 14, 2001 - WSI Europe, the fastest growing independent weather provider, and Flight Explorer, the leading provider of Internet-based real-time flight tracking and information systems, today announced that WSI will market the Flight Explorer Professionalâ„¢ aircraft tracking software in the European market.

The announcement was made at the Dispatchers Worldwide 2001 Summit which opened today in Konstanz, Germany, sponsored by the International Federation of Air Line Dispatchers' Associations.

It provides a powerful tool for operations, ramp agents, pilots crew rooms, freight forwarders, air ambulance and others to provide improved service and operational and cost efficiencies.

"WSI is well-established and recognized as an aviation-industry leader in Europe," said Walter Kross, president and CEO of Flight Explorer. "We're excited to team with WSI to expand the international market for Flight Explorer, making it as well known in Europe and the Middle East as it is in the North America."
