Flight Explorer Announces New Offering To Enhance Customer Service,
Flight Explorer VIP Advisor

Alexandria, Va.– December 15, 2004 – Do you want to give your clients a real-time update on the status of aircraft carrying their personnel or cargo? Flight Explorer has the answer.

Flight Explorer, the world's most trusted and accepted provider of Internet-based, real-time global flight tracking information, reporting and display products, today announced the arrival of Flight Explorer VIP Advisor, a service that any aviation-related company can use to send a personalized email automatically to a client(s) that includes a link to a graphic display of an aircraft’s location.

After a user enters a few pieces of information including a flight number, flight time and client’s email address, Flight Explorer VIP Advisor automatically sends an email with a link to a customized web page, allowing the recipient to track their flight of interest. The easy-to-use graphical interface allows the user to set up one or even hundreds of emails to be sent automatically upon an aircraft’s departure, arrival or a specific number of minutes prior to departure or arrival. This gives Flight Explorer customers a way of providing clients with updated flight information and enhanced customer service.
