Flight Explorer Training Programs

Flight Explorer offers a variety of training programs to meet your organization’s needs.

Custom Onsite Training

Flight Explorer offers full-day and half-day (4 hours) custom onsite product training. We also offer a full-day Observation and ASD Requirements Definition option where prior to performing training, the FE trainer spends a full day in the operations center to observe how users are currently utilizing the ASD and also conducts interviews to get a full understanding of their ASD requirements. It is recommended that Enterprise-level customers receive 1 day of observation and at least 1-2 days of product training to gain a full understanding of Flight Explorer’s capabilities. Customized training agendas can be developed to meet your organization’s specific needs.

	•	Experience Flight Explorer’s powerful features through hands-on exercises.
	•	Receive training from a Flight Explorer certified training instructor.
	•	Gain a thorough understanding of the Flight Explorer system in just 1-2 days.
	•	Maximize the benefits of the Flight Explorer ASD for your organization by understanding the full power of the system.

Off-site Training

Quarterly off-site training sessions are held at various locations throughout the world. The training sessions typically consist of 1-2 days of hands-on classroom-style training in small groups of 25 or less. Off-site training sessions provide a great overview of the Flight Explorer Professional program and review product features that will allow your organization to:

	•	Learn how to use the FE ASD to better manage your fleet during disruptive weather or air traffic management events.
	•	Receive the full benefit from Flight Explorer’s robust collection of Tools and Overlays.
	•	Set-up custom User Defined Views and Overlays to save time and improve efficiency.
	•	Manage your aircraft from the time the flight plan is filed through landing with My FleetTM.
	•	Monitor aircraft events such as changes in ETA, diversions and arrival notices with FE’s Event System.
	•	Explore the different weather options available within Flight Explorer and see how they can improve your operations.
	•	Learn how the Flight Explorer Application Programming Interfaces can enhance your operations.

Web-Based Training

Flight Explorer provides a complimentary Online Training Module to all FE Professional subscribers. You can access the training module by logging in to our Customer Portal at https://www.flightexplorer.com/login.aspx. Private web-based training sessions are also available.
